1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the VERA Pet Care website or placing any order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree, please stop using the site.

2. Products

All VERA products are manufactured to pharmaceutical standards by Red Wolves Egypt. Descriptions on the website accurately represent the actual product formulation.

• Contact Killer Spray: For dogs and cats, external use only. Kills ticks, fleas, and mange mites.
• Clinical Shampoo: For dogs and cats. Sulfate-free formula, pH-calibrated for pet skin.
• Velvet Deodorizing Mist: For dogs only — not recommended for cats due to their sensitivity to certain fragrance compounds.

All products are for animal use only. Not for human use.

3. Pricing & Currency

• Egypt: Prices are in Egyptian Pounds (EGP), inclusive of applicable VAT.
• UAE: Prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED).

Prices displayed on the site are final. We reserve the right to adjust prices without prior notice; however, the price confirmed in a WhatsApp conversation becomes binding for that order.

4. Ordering & Payment

All orders are placed via WhatsApp. After contacting us:

• The order and price are confirmed through the conversation.
• Payment details are sent within the conversation.
• Egypt: Cash on Delivery, Fawry, or card.
• UAE: Tabby, Tamara, or bank card.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Egypt: Delivery to Cairo, Alexandria, and Giza. Timeframe: 1–3 business days.
• UAE: Delivery to Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Sharjah. Timeframe: 2–5 business days.

Delivery times may vary during peak periods or public holidays. We will communicate proactively if there is any delay.

6. Returns & Exchanges

• Returns are accepted within 3 days of receipt, provided the product is sealed and unused.
• Manufacturing defects are replaced immediately at no cost.
• Returns are not accepted if the product was used contrary to the provided instructions.

To initiate a return, contact us via WhatsApp within 3 days of receiving your order.

7. Safe Use

• Read all instructions on the product before use.
• Keep products out of reach of children.
• Do not use on sick or pregnant animals without veterinary advice.
• If any skin reaction occurs, discontinue use immediately and consult a veterinarian.
• VERA is not responsible for incorrect use or use contrary to instructions.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and product names — is the exclusive property of Red Wolves Egypt and is protected under Egyptian intellectual property law. Copying or distributing without prior written permission is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

Information on this site is provided for general informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional veterinary advice. VERA and Red Wolves Egypt are not liable for any damages resulting from incorrect or non-recommended use of products.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Egyptian courts.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after any modification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
